Luxury Private Bedroom and Bathroom

A private bedroom in a two bed, two bath condo is available for rent. The bedroom has a queen sized casper bed with high quality sheets, comforter and bed frame available. The occupant will also have a private bathroom available, with stone floors and a stone shower. I, the roommate and owner of the apartment, have the kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, cleaning products and toiletries every week. There is also a gym open 24/7 in the building. I also include wifi, cable (on a 75 inch tv), and furniture/maintenance with the total rent. So there will be minimal expenses for the occupant. I am happy to answer any and all questions :)
