Sublet available in November through June 2024, including all utilities. Large bedroom flex with lots of closet/storage space and dishwasher. Building has washer/dryers on each floor, gym, rooftop, doorman and mailroom. Close to 2,3,4,5,6, A, C,E, J Z trains. M roommate preferred who goes to the office, no couples/children/pets; living with professional F, clean, non-smoker. Room will be furnished with bed and lamp (desk and chair can be provided, upon request).

About me

I work in public relations (from home), and enjoy salsa dancing, swimming, calligraphy, reading, trivia, volunteering, and visiting galleries and theatres on the weekends. As a roommate, I am very considerate/clean, a non-smoker, and looking for the same (in bed by 10/11pm). I give people their space to do their thing, but also have often become good friends with many I have lived with. I respect preferences, just happy if someone is nice and is good to the space.
