Huge Wall Street Room Available

We have one room available to sublet in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in FiDi beginning on 1/4/19. The apartment is 1100 sqft, has hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops. The common areas are completely furnished but the empty bedroom is not (our departing roommate has a couple things if you want them). The building is a luxury highrise with doormen, laundry in building, dry cleaning/valet in building, multiple gyms, a lounge, and rooftop deck.

We are both guys in our twenties who work in finance. We have a social atmosphere and tend to hang out together in the common areas when we are both home. We are generally quiet on work nights and occasionally have other friends over on weekends, but are respectful and check with each other first. We try to keep a clean place as much as reasonably possible.
