Single bedroom connected to terrace in an upscale building in Fidi. Located close to the Fulton Street Subway. The building's amenities include doormen, a gym, lounge, rooftop terrace, and laundry.

The room has its own closet and a heater / ac unit as well as a door to the apartment terrace. Tall Ceilings and a lot of light throughout the day.

The kitchen is modern and has its own dishwasher, 4 burner stove, microwave, and toaster oven. Living room has a 3 person couch, coffee table, shelving unit, and lamp. Bathroom has a shower / tub combination.

You will be sharing the 2 bedroom apartment with one roommate. He is clean, quiet and mostly keeps to himself.

This place is great and the only reason I am leaving it is to start my own home with my girlfiriend!
