Master Bedroom in the heart of Fidi

I am looking for someone to sign the new lease to my beautiful master bedroom based in the heart of the Financial District
Utilities are roughly $30-50 extra a month depending and we have multiple laundry rooms across the building.

I live with 2 awesome roommates, both work full time but schedules can depend. Both tidy and respectful and also great to hang out with.

We have a 10lb dog, she loves my room and does tend to sleep in most nights so be prepared for company.

Prime location to travel, you can easily get to almost anywhere around NYC in max 30mins. Fulton Station is a 5 minute walk and has most subway lines.

We?re a 2 min walk from the beautiful seaport area if you like to run and also have a gym that has most equipment to offer and isn?t overly crowded.
