FiDi room - $1450 monthly

My roommate, Emily, and I are looking for a third roommate to replace someone moving out mid march. Em works in recruitment and I work in finance. We are good friends and looking for someone clean, fun and around our age. We are generally pretty low key during the week, but go out on the weekends.

The room is big, has huge windows, an AC unit in it, but does not have a closet. The building is super clean and has a rooftop with BBQ grills, full time doorman, gym, lounge with pool table and laundry.

Move in date: March 18th
Monthly rent - $1,450 (about $655 for the rest of March)
Security Deposit - $1,150
One time move in fee from the building: $200
Half of the wall lease: $25
Wifi + utilities not included

We need to figure this out pretty quickly, so message me if you are interested and around to come see the apartment this week/weekend.
