1 Penthouse Furnished Bedroom available ASAP!

If you haven't found a place yet, this is the perfect option for you. We have one extra bedroom in our luxurious penthouse because our roommate had to leave last minute. You can come and see it and it's 100% furnished and it is a very affordable short term rental (we pay $2400 a month but because it's last minute i'm offering a very low price). I can also negotiate prices but you should be able to stay for at least two weeks. This is a luxurious building and we have a gym, rooftop, lounge area for you to access. You can also search the building 20 Broad St and look at it! It is right next to the New York Stock Exchange. I'm sure you will love your stay!
