Apartment/room:
I am moving to CA, so we are looking for someone to take my room for the remaining 2 months with renewal possibility. The room is bright and spacious with windows on two sides. The place is a true 5 bed 2 bath loft with a spacious living room and a tall ceiling. All rooms are separated with solid walls and each has an AC unit and heater. The apartment was completely renovated last year. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are in-unit. The apartment and your room are completely furnished (we can chat in detail if you like the furniture, willing to let go for cheap). There is a closet in your room and a community closet for coats.

Location:
The building sits on top of the Fulton station, so you'll have access to 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, and Z trains by walking down the building. Joe's Pizza, Starbucks, Chipotle among other casual dining options are all around the block. It's also only a 5 mins walk to the WTC station with access to N, R, 1, E, and PATH trains.

Cost:
No deposit to move in. The actual rent is $1587. Monthly cost per person is around $1625 after wifi and utilities.

Roommates:
All young professionals who work either in tech or finance. We do hang out and chill in the living room, but also have our own life on the weekend. A couple of them are paying but don't even live there, so you'd be living in a huge apartment with only a couple of people.
