Room for rent in luxury building!

I am renting a room for 1400 per month plus utilities. Looking for clean and respectful female roommate to sign a one year lease. Room is flexed, 8.5x10, with very large window and can easily fit a queen sized bed.
Building is in fidi/battery park. Gorgeous corner apartment with lots of natural light, high ceilings, and views of the harbor and Statue of Liberty! Apartment has high end finishes including dishwasher, laundry on every floor, and the best rooftop view in NYC :). Right by 4,5,1, r, w, and path train. I sometimes work late and on weekends, so often times it feels like you have the place to yourself! I have a cat so must be ok with pets. Move in date August 1st. Please reach out with any questions.
