Master bed 1663$ - Lux Building (can be furnished)

Hi,

I am looking for a third person to sign a lease or sublease at hanover square Fidi starting May 15 or June 1st, 2021

It is a Master bedroom on a really nice apartment with view on the river and a walk in closet.

Renewal of lease : August 26th, 2021 if you want to stay

The building has a lot of amenities, rooftop, barbecue, business center, living room, pool table, dry cleaning.

I lived there since August 2019 and it is really clean, the apartement is really nice, there is also washing and drying machine in the apartment! and there is a gym in the building!

The fees: internet + building fees + insurance are around 37$ for each roommate per month to add to the rent

Let me know if you want to visit the apartment

Also possibility to leave a bed and a mattress.
