One bedroom in fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment available for the summer in luxury full-service building in the heart of the Financial District. Move-in between mid June and July 1st for a 3-4 month sublet term, with a potential lease take-over option in the fall after the sublease. Price includes all utilities (WiFi, water, gas, and electric).

Looking for someone to sublet my room in FiDi for the summer. It's a huge 15 ft. by 12 ft. bedroom with 11 ft. ceilings and an enormous 8x8 ft. window. The bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed and mattress, dresser with mirror, desk, and even a futon. There is a large furnished living room with a comfortable couch/ottoman, dining room table, entertainment setup (TV and Bluetooth soundbar), art, and kitchen with new appliances (including dishwasher). The apartment also has plenty of closets/storage space.

The building itself is amazing. It is a full-service luxury doorman building in the heart of the Financial District with a brand new grand entrance lobby, an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge and terrace (ideal for drinks and grilling), gym, sprawling amenity floor/common areas (complete with golf simulator, 2 game rooms, and large Great Room), laundry in-building, and a super attentive maintenance staff. Close to just about every major subway line (2, 3, J, Z, 4, 5, R, W, 1, A, C as well as PATH).

You would be sharing the apartment with my current roommate who is in his mid 30s and works as an accounting manager. The available bedroom is technically a flex but given the size and smart layout of the apartment (the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment), it's very private. Overlooks a quiet side street corner with no thru traffic.
