Wall Street Sublet - 8/1, Long-Term

Flexed room available in a flex 3bed/1bath on Wall Street. The room fits a full bed, dresser, and desk/vanity, and there?s a large closet outside the room. The room has a large window that lets in lots of light. The room uses a blackout curtain divider to separate from the living space. Roommates are incredibly respectful, work normal hours, and don't bring the party home. We haven't had problems with noise or waking. The unit has a nice kitchen and bathroom and a living space with couch and TV.

The unit is in a luxury building with doormen, rooftop, nice gym, and close to all FiDi subway routes. Immediately next to 2/3, just a few minutes to 4/5/A/C/R/W/1. The two remaining roommates are awesome. They?re both females in their mid-20s who are working professionals - one in PR, the other in finance. They?re so nice and chill, very respectful and clean, and awesome to live with.

I?m VERY sad to leave this apartment, but I?m leaving New York. My target date to fill the room is 8/1 but I?m very flexible. Current lease runs through April 2021, option to renew.

The rent is $1100 per month. Cable/WiFi is ~$50 month, and ConEd averages at $50/month for the year. A security deposit of $1344 is required to move in. First month can be prorated.

I?m not currently in NY but will be back soon, for a week, to pack my things. Can do showings in that week. Must be willing to zoom/FaceTime with current roommates.
