Private room in Fidi with amazing view

My roommate and I are in our early-mid 20s and live in Fidi near battery park! Our other roommate can?t resign our lease so we?re looking to fill the third room. We both work a lot during the week but like to go out and have fun on weekends! The new lease starts end of September but we can transfer the current lease over to you too for an August/early September move-in if needed. The room available is a flex room but has no gaps between the walls and ceiling. A large closet is available to use just outside the room. The room can fit a queen bed and has a huge window- the picture of the sunset was taken from this room! Also, the furniture seen in the photos are available for sale (bed frame, mattress, desk). Our luxury building is very safe with 24/7 doormen, a secure package room, a gym, laundry on every floor, and a rooftop overlooking the water with views of the Statue of Liberty.
