I am seeking a roommate to take over a room on August 15 or September 1st for a Bedroom in a shared 4 BR / 2 BA apartment in the financial district in downtown Manhattan. The building has an extensive list of amenities which includes the following:
- Rooftop and Grill Area (Open!)
- Full Gym
- Movie Theater
- Study Lounges
- Pool Table
About the apartment: You will be moving a Bedroom with that shares a bathroom with another roommate. The room itself can fit a full bed and desk, includes a huge closet and great panoramic views of the Brooklyn Bridge. You will also have access to shared common space which include the kitchen, a hallway closet in building laundry.
About your roommates: Your first roommate is working at a large investment bank, who enjoys good restaurants, working out and the occasional night on the town. He enjoys studying foriegn languages and good food!
The second roommate is working at a bank in the Brooklyn. He enjoys travelling, exploring new activities in the city.
Your next roommate is a medical research student. He enjoys running, yoga, and outdoor activities.
