Room in Prime FiDi Location

Long term sublet for a bedroom in a 3 Bed 2 Bath apartment in a luxury doorman building. Love this apartment but I am moving in with my girlfriend so I am unable to finish out the lease. Rent is net effective over 16 months (through November 2021), gross is $1,535.

You will be living with two young professionals in their upper 20s and low 30s, one male and one female. You would be sharing the bathroom with the female.

The apartment is recently renovated with new appliances, including a dishwasher! Building also includes a gym, lounge and rooftop at no extra cost!

The room currently fits a full bed but could easily fit a queen, along with a desk, dresser and tv. There is also a large closet with solid storage space.

Not currently in the city but can make visits over the weekend to show off the apartment. Also must be okay with dogs as my roommate just adopted one!
