FIDI Bedroom available

Our roommate is moving out in our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on Wall Street. Room is a true bedroom with plenty closet space and good sunlight, you would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates. Move in date is August 1st but we might be flexible on earlier move in date, if needed.

Building - doorman elevator building , we are on the th floor, there is a rooftop terrace that recently opened up and its nice to chill on and have a few drinks. The building also has a gym, study, yoga studio and a small basketball court, all of which are still closed due to Covid-.

Roommates:
year old south asian male - consultant at a small firm located in Tribeca, currently working from home but will start going to the office a few days a week in the middle of July.

year old latino male - trader at a large bank, currently working from his room.

We are both generally clean and respectful of each others space. We do like to hang out after work by cooking or watching TV. We have a cleaning lady who comes every 3 weeks to clean bathrooms and common spaces as well.
