Looking for a roomie for a 4 month stay

Hey all! I am looking for someone to stay in my room starting on September 1st until December 31st. Luxury apartment - doormen - elevator and so much more.
Rent is currently $1600
My roommate will be staying here until the lease is up, if you have any questions on that, please let me know.
My bedroom has a large closet, and bookshelf storage, exposed brick walls with two floor to ceiling windows sharing a lot of natural light, a large shared living room, full bathroom and kitchen. My room will not be furnished, I may leave the hooks and book holders. There is a rooftop garden on my floor and another rooftop on top floor, laundry 1 floor down, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances.
Located just steps away from the Seaport, Stone Street, World Trade and 5 minute walks to trains, buses and ferrys. You will be surrounded by restaurants, pastry and dessert shops, cool bars. City Bike station right on the corner.
