Huge 5 bedroom, 2 floor apt on the west side of the Financial District with a room AVAILABLE FOR MOVE IN IMMEDIATELY. It is a wonderful space, but after 7 years I am looking to move on and am searching for a replacement.

Top floor of a great doorman building (24 hr doorman) with a full Gym and roof access free. Washer/Dryer IN our apt. Rent is $1,575 month plus utilities. The room will be unfurnished but I am also happy to sell dressers, desk, and bed for a very cheap price. I am also happy to leave the tv stand at no cost.

The room: Very Spacious with a large window in the bedroom and another in the bathroom with great city views. Built in AC/heating unit. A massive walk in closet with built in shelving.

The building/Neighborhood: Very convenient location/ close to Tribeca, 1 block from 1 train at Rector St. Less than 2-3 blocks from 4/5 at Wall St. and R train, or a 5-minute walk to ACE.

The living room and kitchen are very spacious and shared, but you don't run into people often. We are currently looking for two new roommates, so the three people that will be staying are in their mid 20's and 30's working full time (2 male, 1 female).

For move in you need to pay 1 month rent of $1,575 plus 1 month Security Deposit of $1,575.
We have a cleaning lady comes every three weeks and the cost is already built into the shared utilities (TV, electric and cleaning) typically total about $90-100/month (includes cleaning).

We can show the apartment in person or over FaceTime if you feel more comfortable.

Must be respectful and clean person. NO COUPLES, no pets, with a full time job please. Minimum of 6 month commitment is required, but would prefer a year commitment with the option to extend.
