I?m looking for a roommate (or couple) to fill a gorgeous 2 bdrm apartment in an amazing Fidi location. The building has a 24 hour doorman, gym, lounge and entertainment area, roof deck, and laundry in building (including cleaning services). The apartment has two large bedrooms (my boyfriend and I live in one of the rooms); we have a full living room space (not flexed!) and kitchen - all furnished; you?ll have your own bathroom right across from your bedroom. The views are phenomenal and apartment is 5 mins to all the major subway lines and also have very close access to the bus line. Price is $2150/mth (obo) not incl. electricity and internet (even split). Move in is flexible, starting Oct 1.

My boyfriend and I are both young working professionals and for the moment working from home. We are both active - into climbing and other physical activities. We like art and visit lots of galleries and museums.

We are looking for a roommate or couple that we can get along with. We are social,* but we are more dinner party than house party types.

*Given the pandemic, we have been practicing social distancing so we expect the potential roommate(s) to hold similar caution in their daily activities.
