My sister and are in this studio which we flexed into a 2 bedroom and we really do love our apartment and building but need to move due to work, so we are looking for someone to take over our lease through the end of June 2021. Apartment has two large bedrooms each able to fit queen beds, two walk in closets, with room for a living space, kitchen table, and third closet for storage or pantry. The building is awesome and everyone who works here is so nice! They offer a free Direct TV service and there is a rooftop, gym, sauna, doorman, laundry, movie theatre, lounge, air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, elevator all included in the lease. The area is quiet but also has a fun strip of bars on Stone Street 3 blocks away. Lovely to run/workout by the water and there are many restaurants and cocktail bars to try in the area with beautiful views.
