Subleasing Furnished Room / $1,200 Monthly Rent

Hello,
Looking for a female roommate to occupy one furnished bedroom in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the financial district.

Building has an elevator, doorman, washer/dryer in building, pet friendly and the room has a spacious walk-in closet. The house itself has high ceilings and a spacious living room so you can have lots of space to hang out if you choose to; It also has a variety of areas for you to work remotely if needed????

We are looking for someone to move in December 1st or sooner till the lease ends on September 15, with an option to renew.

Move in requires first months rent, last month rent and security deposit which is one months rent. (Therefore would be $1,200 x 3)

The building is located next to all major subway lines, A, C,2,3,4,5, J, R, W and very close to the south street seaport and pier 17.
