Full room in a well-maintained building in FiDi. Two male roommates in their late 20s are very respectful of space, clean, and laid-back. The room itself comfortably fits a full or queen size bed, a desk + dresser (size of which depends on your bed size), and has a good size closet. The building is conveniently located near the WTC Path, near Fulton St subway, and Brookfield place. There is in-building laundry, a gym, elevator and roof top space.
