Hello, I’m moving out of my apartment in about 2 weeks and looking for someone to take over the lease that ends in August with the chance of a renewal for the next year. The space, is shared with two other roommates. Rent is currently $1,420 plus electric for a large flex room with an over sized window that looks over Wall Street. Heat and hot water included. Apartment is located on the 7th floor, has a large living room/dining space with an open kitchen attached. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher included in unit.

The residents of 95 Wall have access to a 24 hour doorman, dry cleaner, mail center, community indoor lounge, outdoor seating, rooftop, rooftop grill, basketball court, outfitted fitness center, and features panoramic views of lower Manhattan.

95 Wall is located in the Financial District of lower Manhattan on the corner of Water and Wall. Transportation accessible with almost every train a short walking distance away.
