Room in two bedroom flex

Hi there! I am a 21 year old student pursing my master’s degree in Economics at Pace University as well as working full time as a research analyst and I am looking for a new roommate. My previous roommate is moving out w/ her partner, so I am looking for someone to take over her part of the lease starting March 1. The rent is around $1650 a month including utilities.

The building is in Fidi near Battery Park City, a 10 min walk from Whole Foods and Target, right on the 1 train and only a couple minutes from the R/W, 4/5, A/C/E, 2/3, and J train. The building is a luxury building with a gym, rooftop terrace, lounge, and laundry on each floor. My unit is a two bedroom flex and has great views of the Hudson and tons of natural light. The kitchen has a full size fridge, sink, stove, and dishwasher and the bathroom is fairly spacious, too!

I am looking for a female roommate that is a student or young professional. All I ask is that you are clean, respectful and fairly quiet during the week! I work from home most days so I always appreciate a clean, quiet space. I love working out (yoga, pilates, running, etc.), reading, and trying out new restaurants around the city. I usually spend the weekends out with friends exploring!
