Our fourth roommate is moving away but we have loved living here and are hoping to renew our lease with a roommate who is a good fit!
The apartment is very well located on Wall Street, with the 2,3 line directly outside of the building and several other metro lines less than a 5 minute walk outside of the building. It is a 3bedroom flex with 2 bathrooms and the room available is a true room. The bedroom is 10.6" x 12.9" and has a large closet with built in storage space.
There is a doorman, laundry in building, a rooftop and lounge with a pool table, two gyms + studio/yoga room, and a downstairs indoor half basketball court.
A bit about us: We all work during the week but enjoy going out with friends and exploring the city over the weekend. One of our roommates has a friendly dog named Lilo. :)
