2 bed 1 bath (flex room for rent)

(PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION)

I am subleasing my New York Fidi apartment from Now to June 15. It is a flexed two bedroom and one bathroom (So true one bedroom made to accommodate two). You will have the actual master bedroom. My roommate and I are also open to subleasing both of our rooms and pictures of his room are available upon request. Rent is $2,187/month. Gas/electric comes out to about ~$100 and internet is $90 (both evenly split). My room is roughly 11x11 and has an entrance walkway with one large closet and one smaller closet to then opens up to the room on the right.

We also have a loft that we use as an entertainment center and a spare bedroom if you want guests to stay the night. There is a brand new diner that opened next door and, if you are a night owl, a 24 hour deli is also right next door.

Amenities include:
Elevator, doorman, trash shoot located on every floor, fitness center, in building laundry, large rooftop for all and has loungers to lay out, dishwasher, stove/oven and there is a loft in this apartment that we use for guests and an entertainment center (it’s cozy nook to watch movies or play video games if you want to decompress). Ceilings are roughly 30 feet high.

In addition, management does an excellent job with maintaining the building and has an exterminator come once a month (never seen any insect in my two year living here). I’m pretty close with both managers and have their personal mobiles in the event I need help. The building is pet friendly as well. Location wise, it’s steps away from the WTC and access to every major subway line(I work midtown and I’m there in > 20min).

A male roommate would be ideal but open minded to this. My current roommate Jake is the cleanest roommate I had in ten years living in NYC. He’s very laid back and likes football.
