Looking for a roommate to sublet short time. It is a two bedroom apartment, one I occupy. The other bedroom will be furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment itself as well as a dishwasher. Wifi is taken care by me so no need to pay for that.
It is in the Financial District close to Battery Park.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the 2&3 subway which can take you straight to Penn Station if needed. Also it’s the same amount of time to the Broad St. J&Z if needed.
The entire apartment is open to feel comfortable and welcomed. There’s a kitchen and open living room area which is free to use at anytime.
