Female Roommate needed to sublet room

You will loving living with me! I cook and I clean and this building not only has a gym but it also has a third floor with grills and picnic tables and a rooftop. I am looking for a female roommate who is neat and doesn't make a lot of mess. I'm fairly clean and I like to keep the shared space nice and neat. I work in Brooklyn as an elementary school teacher so I don't come home till 6:00. I also tutor outside the house and I spend time with my friends.

About the room: Lot's of natural light! It is fully furnished and has great closet space! Nice windows and if you want to add an furniture you totally can!

There is a shared living room and I have a great TV I have internet in the apartment already and the kitchen has everything it needs. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment and the building has a doorman and great security. CVS is right across the street and we are above a Fairway with Trader Joe's and Whole Foods blocks away!
