I am looking to take some time off and travel. I have a nice apartment in Flatiron District where average monthly rent is $4k to $5k. I own the apartment and take care of it as it is my home.
I want to find someone who will treat my apartment like I do. I will NOT be in the apartment when I travel so I will only be in NYC in very rare ocassion so it will be like living in your own place.
The apartment will be fully furnished and you will have access to the whole place. I will store all of my personal stuff in one of the other rooms so it is mostly out of the way.
