2 Rooms In Beautiful & Huge Flatiron/Union Sq Apt

I'm looking to fill 2 rooms in a 3bedroom/1bath apartment in Union Sq/ Flatiron. The location is absolutely unbeatable between 5th and 6th aves and with virtually every single train within a very short walk (f, m, n, q, r, w, 4, 5, 6, L, 1, 2, 3, a, c, e), and shopping / every amenity close by (union sq, washington sq, two trader joes, whole foods, etc). This size apartment in this location is extremely rare!

The apartment is massive and on the top floor with amazing skylights! The kitchen is a DREAM. The building is rent-stabilized so it's an incredible deal, with the rooms being between $1400-1700. The small bedroom is $1400 and the large one is $1700, but that could go down as we negotiate with the landlord. I'm looking for people to sign a year-long lease starting June 1, but am also open to a subletter for the summer from June-Aug!

About me: I'm a 26 yo woman working at a fintech startup. I am clean and easy to get along with and love being friendly with my roommates! I like to exercise, cook, bake, and hang out with friends and spend time outside in NYC. I would love to have someone with similar interests who thinks we could get along!
