I’m looking for someone to take over my best friend/roommate’s lease from Aug 1 – Dec 31 in Flatiron (22nd between Park & Broadway). She’s moving in with her boyfriend and trying to make lease timelines align. You’d be living with me and my 1 year old cavapoo (the sweetest, most well behaved hypo-allergenic puppy)
- Amazing location: R/W and 6 is on our block. 5 min walk to union square, 1 block from Madison Square Park!
- Quiet block: despite being such a great, central location, the block is super quiet and safe.
- Bedroom: our apartment is a great size – bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed, a large dresser, and a desk for working from home. A ton of natural light too!
- Building: friendliest neighbors (we have a floor group text), laundry in building (accessible via elevator, plenty of machines)
- bedroom can be furnished with bed (frame + mattress) and dresser, or unfurnished! Rest of the apartment will be fully furnished
