LGBT Room in Inwood

Enjoy a private bedroom in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Inwood. It's a fifth story walkup. The bedrooms are huge and get tons of natural light - just ask our plant families! There's a common space where we play games and watch movies. In the kitchen, all appliances are new and work reliably.

Roommates are two young professional queer women (26 and 30). We love to cook, are on the cleaner side of average, and live pretty quietly. I have a large and super friendly dog (see picture attached).

Any new roommates should have a full-time job and be able to pay rent reliably through Venmo. You should love dogs. LGBT roommates are preferred. We can't accept couples or anyone with cats, sorry!

This apartment is a 3-minute walk to the 1 and A trains at Dyckman Street. The neighborhood is full of gorgeous parks that offer sports fields and hiking trails. Within quick walking distance, there are also tons of bars and restaurants, laundromats, a public library branch, a post office, three well-stocked grocery stores, pharmacies, and so much more.
