The largest room in a renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath 3rd floor walk up is available for a long-term roommate for a move-in date of Jan 1st, 2020.

This pre-prewar apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, a dishwasher, and a large living space. Heat is included in the price of rent and A/C and Wifi costs are minimal. While the bedroom itself is unfurnished, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

The room itself is massive, has several windows that let in a lot of sunlight (blackout curtains recommended) and a giant closet for all of your needs.

The remaining roommates are in in our twenties, and keep a cat who sheds a bit. Our schedules are complementary, so we rarely run into each other more than a few times a week. We are polite and friendly, and happy to get along with anyone.

The ideal roommate would be someone who is comfortable keeping shared spaces clean and is not a frequent at-home entertainer.
