We have one large room available for rent in our Inwood apartment building. Our apartments have been recently renovated, and have hardwood floors, exposed brick, new kitchen, and bathroom. The building is located in Fort George/Inwood area. The neighborhood is very lively, along Dyckman street, you'll find wine bars, a bevy of hip cafes, and restaurants.
The building is also a stone's throw from Fort Tryon Park, and the cloisters, and the #1 and A subway stations (@191st & Broadway station) .Natural views and incredibly hilly topography, Inwood feels very different than the rest of Manhattan and yet, Inwood is still very much a classic Upper Manhattan neighborhood with a small-town feel.

These are the details of the rooms we currently have available:

Apt 6E, one large room available- $825, available for October 1st move-in.

Individual gets their own private room, but must share all other common spaces like bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
Water and heat is included, all other utilities such as cooking gas, electricity, internet/cable will be split 3 ways, usually $40-$60 per person.

Please note that there is an application & approval process for all potential tenants.
We seek roommates that are neat, quiet and keep to themselves-Drama Free.
We also need to see proof of income and credit score.
We only accept guarantors for candidates that have a credit report that shows insufficient or no credit history.

*All agreements are month to month, with a required 6 month minimum stay.

*NO COUPLES ALLOWED, it's one person per room only.

*No PETS allowed.
