Looking for a responsible, trustworthy, kind and clean roommate to complete a beautiful 3BR/1BA Inwood apartment. 5 months with possible take over of lease at the end of the 5 months. Single occupancy only, please, and no children, couples or other pets in the apartment. No exceptions. The room is unfurnished.

Rent is $828 per month, utilities will run at approximately $100 per month (which includes wi-fi) and there will be a $828 returnable security deposit for the room.

We have a big, happy, lovable pitbull who is respectful of space but loves new people and will want to be your friend.

There is laundry in building. There are several grocery stores within a three-block radius and several bodegas on the block. There is also a Duane Reade and CVS two blocks away. Everything you need will be within a short walking distance. Many food delivery options too!
