Bilingual (English and Spanish) female in my thirties, looking for a female roommate to share a beautiful and very clean 2 bedroom apartment in Fort George.

This is a semi furnished room for $900 per month - utilities (Con Edison) and (internet) not included. Water/heat included. In the bedroom there is a fire escape window, closet, ceiling fan, floor AC unit and a queen size bed. We would share a full bathroom, kitchen and living room.

The building is centrally located in a safe, friendly neighborhood steps away from the express A train at the 181st Street station, 25min away from Midtown. Conveniently located in a short walking distance is a RiteAid pharmacy, Blink fitness, multiple laundromats and recreational parks, super markets, as well as various convenience stores and restaurants.

One month security deposit and first month's rent are required as well as proof of income. No pets.
