I have a beautiful (furnished) place in the absolute most central part of NYC. You cannot beat this location! Steps from Penn + all major trains, including the LIRR! Walkable to many attractions (Times Square, Hell?s Kitchen, Chelsea, Empire) and so easy to train to ANYwhere around Manhattan and surrounding areas. Entire apartment (common + room) is furnished in lovely taste. Super easy move-in. Rent is all-inclusive. I work for a major airline, sometimes flying frequently, most times reporting to Midtown office. I?m clean, chill, and respectful; I seek the same. We can be buds or do our own thing. I just want a responsible housemate who is going to love this place as much as I do, and who also loves NYC! This is an ideal place especially for someone looking to easily explore all the greatest magic NYC has to offer. Long-term preferred but will consider shorter-term.
