Hey,
My name is Tim. My roommate is moving out of the city for a new job and so I'm looking for someone to fill his lease for the remainder of the year, starting March 1, 2019.
The lease ends December 2019 so it's a 10 month lease. Rent is $1773/month. Utilities come to around $80/month. Would need first month's rent and month's rent as security deposit upfront.
You would have the true bedroom (I'm in the flex). There's awesome floor to ceiling windows, a closet, and hardwood floors.
We would share the bathroom, living area, and kitchen. There's a gym, laundry, doorman, and elevator in building.
The apartment is right next to the 34th and Hudson Yards station on the 7 and close to Penn station A/C/E and 42nd/Times Square 1/2/3 as well.
There's a Brooklyn Fare (Whole Foods-like grocery store), Duane Reade, and wine store right on the block.
A little about me--I'm a pediatrician, work a pretty normal schedule on the weekdays. I'm originally from Colorado so I'm trying to figure out how to do outdoor activities in the city. I like to go to the gym, get drinks with friends or with Netflix, catch live music shows, or Broadway.
