The room could be great for someone that works from home or converting the first level into a private bedroom or any floor you would prefer, the loft has its own door the main floor of the room has a huge double door closet.

There is a small bed on the loft which may be removed this goes for your lower level, adding any furniture that is already yours as desired.

Bottom floor has wood beam ceilings and the top floor has a small window which opens and closes separately than the bottom. The bedroom + loft is primarily closed off from the rest of the apartment.

The apartment has high ceilings. There is a laundry hookup inside the kitchen which is quite free when needed.

The location is ideal, being next to Bryant Park in close vicinity to all trains and the Park. The street, in particular, is rather quiet in the evening.

Near Delis, Whole Foods, the Bryant Park deli, grocery, shopping 2 Parks Herald Square or Bryant Park as well as outdoors terrace stretch at Broadway.

Kitchen: fully equipped, personally I rarely use the kitchen, do not cook often, order out mostly, in other words, a minimal individual would be perfect. None smoker no bringing the party home.

Apartment extras: Washing machine, a dishwasher, incredibly large closet, basic furniture; you can add any furniture on your main level, move around as you choose.

The area is safe (Haven't had any problems so far either). I am a respectful, clean roommate. Interests include languages, art-house movies, podcasts, old classics and anything worth eating healthy.

Requirements are reasonable: please, be able to pay the rent on time, clean after yourself. I expect someone to be responsible, considerate, respectful and clean, someone who doesn't need to be told to wash their hands as soon as they come inside, for example, thank you and all the best for everyone. :)
