Looking for 2 roommates to fill 4BR in Midtown W

Looking for two people to fill a 4BR flex walk-up apartment. The larger room [$1350] has ~160 sq ft of space with a walk-in closet and comfortably fits a queen size bed, couch, desk, with plenty of space left over. The smaller room [$1150] has ~100 sq ft of space with a walk-in closet and can fit a queen size bed, bookshelf, and small desk.

There is one shared full bathroom among 3 tenants (the master has a half bath). Utilities (~$20) and internet (~$20) are paid separately from the rent. Initial upfront cost would be a one-month deposit, the upfront first and last month rent payment, and the shared signing application fee (~$20).

The apartment is just a few blocks away from Penn Station (123, ACE, LIRR, NJ Transit), Port Authority, and Herald Square (NQR).

The current roommates would be 1 male and 1 female, both NYU graduates in our 20s. We're looking for someone who is clean, responsible and respectful of privacy
