Large room in Midtown West in luxury building

Hi all! I am Cassie, a graduate student from SVA. I want to share some info of my apartment to you. Right now, we have two people in this apt and looking for a third roommate. We are both from China. This is a 2b2b apartment, and we have a flex room (living room) available for rent. The price is $1650 for this room, and we share utilities, usually 50-70 depending on the season. I have been living in the flex room for the past two years and I am going to take over the master bedroom. My boyfriend comes over from time to time so I think it is best for me to take the master with the separate bathroom. The second bedroom already has a male staying there, he minds his own business and quiet all the time.

The building is great, located in Midtown west. We have a lot of space for storage. Laundry in unit, dishwasher, A/C heat, gym, rooftop. There is a grocery shop called Brooklyn fare downstairs.

I have a scottish striaght cat named PP.
