Looking for Female Roommate

Hi!

I'm looking for a female roommate for 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment.

My roommate is moving in with a couple college friends on the other side of the city, so I am looking to fill her room. The room will be available October 1st. This room has a closet, large window and can fit a queen size bed with a dresser.

The room rents for $1475 and utilities are about $80 a person/mo. The current lease is up September 30th, so this will be a new 1 year lease. No sublets.

I'm a female in my late 20's and work in media. My hours are typically 9a-7p, with some occasional late nights. I'm easy going, clean and considerate of common areas and looking for someone who is the same. No live-in boyfriends please.
