2 rooms in a great gramercy apartment walk-up

Hi all -- I've been living in this Gramercy apartment for 4 years and both of my roommates are moving out when our lease ends of 1/31. I'd really like to stay (we got a great deal on the place, such a steal for this neighborhood and apartment size), so I'm looking for 2 new roommates to sign on to a lease an take over their rooms.

I'm a late 20s working professional with an active social life and standard list of hobbies. Looking for likeminded people in my age range to live with.

This apartment is a true three bedroom with separated kitchen and living room. All rooms have closets. The smaller room fits a full bed comfortably with a side table and dresser. The larger room can fit a queen comfortable with a side table and dresser. The apartment is on the third floor of a 5-story building, with very manageable stairs.
