Looking for a fun, clean roommate to rent the third bedroom in our current three bedroom apartment one block from gramercy park. Elevator in building, fantastic management/landlord, clean, and nice. Shared bathroom and lots of hall space. We live across the street from the hardware store, laundry, groceries and many food options, as well as just a few blocks from both union square and madison square. we are very fun and clean!
