Welcome to your own oasis of light and peace in NYC!
The room is in a two-bedroom apartment with direct access to the entrance and includes all furniture pictured (including bunk bed) as well as a new AC unit. Bedding is new and super comfortable and I have towels should you need them as well.
The Living room has been converted into my meditation space where I also sleep at night.
Neighborhood is super safe, quiet and lined with trees.
I maintain a peaceful, clean and harmonious environment so that we can be in peace and have this apartment as an oasis from the business of city life.

Gramercy offers a wide range of entertainment, restaurants and cafes all within a 7-10 minute walking distance. Train and Bus Lines are all within 2 ? 7 minute walking distance and there are plenty of grocery stores and Laundromats for your convenience nearby.
