This is a true gem in a prime area. The building is 100 years old, so very cool if you're into that. The neighborhood is surprisingly calm (a safe haven in the city if you need peace). The room is a smaller scale room, so this is ideal for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff and has a busy lifestyle with work/school/life (the location makes it that you are out and about often anyways). We also have another furry roommate - Percy - a moody orange cat who enjoys brooding, conditional attention, and staking out in the bathroom.
