The room has a closet with lots of storage space and there is also one additional closet outside the room. Room comes with a mounted TV in the bedroom and an air conditioning unit. There is a shared TV room with couches on the lower floor outside of the second bedroom.

Apartment is located on nice quiet block in safe residential area closest to the 6 line but also a 7 minute walk to Union Square. I?m moving out and helping find my replacement. Roommate is super cool guy who does a combination of finance and wellness work.
