I am currently looked for a male roommate to sign a 1 year lease starting June 1st--or sooner, on a HUGE unfurnished 2 bed/1 bath apartment on East 20th St and 1st Ave!

The apartment, which measures 950 sqft, is in an elevator building with laundry and features hardwoods floors, high ceilings, plenty of closet space, and the kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The available room measures 15 ft x 15 ft and can comfortably fit a king bed plus additional furniture. Additionally, all utilities are included for a flat rate of just $39/month!

As for roommates, leave it to me! My name is Laurie and I am a roommate matchmaker with the company Perfect Strangers of NYC. You would be living with Gaurav, he is a 25 year old software engineer originally from India. He is ideally looking to live with another male roommate in his 20s who is laid back and respectful.

If chosen as a roommate you would need THREE months rent to move in: 1st months rent + 1 month security + 1 month roommate matchmaking fee. You will be introduced to your potential roommate to confirm compatibility before submitting payment or applying for a lease.
