Small simple apartment for rent

Artist's small 2 bedroom, one of which is a studio. Whole apartment is available with exception of the Studio. Aircon, wifi. No laundry. Quiet friendly building, so please no partiers. House rules apply but they are basically to be respectful, throw out the trash in the right bins, and don't disturb others. No pets - sorry! No smoking - not so sorry.

Since it is only a small month, I am keeping the cost low to cover my expenses and am looking for someone who can respect the place and enjoy being there. Perfect for an out-of-towner on an extended NYC stay.

I am leaving on residency from Aug 4 to the 30th. If you need to come earlier or stay later, you can, and we can adjust the fee to a roommate negotiation.
