SUBLET: Looking for 1-2 Roommates

Looking for 1-2 roommates to sublet the living room ($580/month, rent negotiable) or share the bigger, king-sized bedroom ($875/month)! Rent is negotiable, so please contact me for details! We are also flexible with rooming arrangements as well if you'd prefer more space!

Available for immediate move-in, and move-out would be around August 10.

Apartment will be fully furnished with beds (for subletters as well), desks, a couch, etc. The living room will have a full-sized bed with mattress, and the shared bedroom will have a twin-sized bed with mattress. Apartment includes a kitchen, microwave, oven, and large fridge (see photos).

Other roommates will be 2 females and 1-2 males (depending on if we find 1 or 2 subletters).

2-min walk from the L train and 9-min walk from Union Square (4/5/6, N, Q, R, W, L trains).
